1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website, products, or services of The Reliant Corp ("The Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"), you ("User" or "You") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, between You and The Company.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use Our services.

2. Eligibility and Contractual Capacity

Our services are available only to individuals who are capable of forming legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

1. Age of Majority: By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and are otherwise competent to contract.
2. Minors: Use of Our services by a person under the age of 18 is permitted only with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

3.1 Company Content

All intellectual property rights (including copyrights, trademarks, design rights, and trade secrets) in and to the content, services, website layout, graphics, logos, and software provided by The Reliant Corp are owned by or licensed to The Company. These rights are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable Indian laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

3.2 User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you submit or upload ("User Material"). By submitting User Material, you grant The Reliant Corp a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such material in connection with the services.

4. User Conduct and Restrictions (Acceptable Use)

You agree not to use the services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms or any applicable Indian laws, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Cyber Offences: Uploading, posting, transmitting, or sharing any material that is grossly harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, racially or ethnically objectionable, or unlawful in any manner whatsoever, as defined under Sections 66, 67, and related provisions of the IT Act, 2000.
• Hacking/Security Breach: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the services, or any other systems or networks connected to the services, or tampering with computer source code (Section 65 of IT Act, 2000).
• Impersonation: Impersonating another person or entity.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

5.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Reliant Corp makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall The Reliant Corp, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

The Company’s total cumulative liability to you for any claims related to the services or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (i) the amount paid by you to The Company for the service in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or (ii) ₹5,000 (Rupees Five Thousand Only).

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Reliant Corp, its officers, directors, and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your breach of these Terms.
• Your violation of any applicable Indian law, including but not limited to the IT Act, 2000.
• Any claim that your User Material infringes any third party's Intellectual Property Right or violates their right to privacy.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the services is also governed by The Reliant Corp’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. We are committed to processing your data in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.

8. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Dispute Resolution

8.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
